Specialty Services | Developmental Rehabilitation - BoyDevelopmental Rehabilitation at Children's Hospital of Illinois offers a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists. This team evaluates and treats of a variety of challenges due to injury to the brain, injury at or before birth, being born early, bone, muscle or balance issues, or difficulty speaking or eating.  Services are available on an inpatient and outpatient basis requiring a physician referral. Outpatient therapy is provided in Peoria and at Five Points in Washington. We focus on the needs of the child and family to assist them in becoming as independent as possible through therapies and education.

All staff members are licensed and credentialed by Early Intervention Services of Illinois and the Division of Specialized Care for Children with special training in working with children of all ages.
