Patient Advisory Board

Children’s Hospital of Illinois values the opinions of patients when it comes to ideas to improve the hospital experience. Past patients, who are 18 years of age and younger, from all over the state are brought together in-person or via e-mail to discuss projects to improve the patient experience. To date, projects include updating hospital gowns/pajamas, changing food menus, adding materials to the activity rooms, bake sale for patient activity bags, and planning events for teens.

If you would like more information on the Patient Advisory Board, know a past patient who would be interested in participating, or have an idea for improving the hospital experience for children and teens at Children’s Hospital of Illinois, please call us.
